So ok my question pertains to how DO's need to do an internship year in PA, FL etc. So what if you do an Allopathic residency and don't do an internship year? Are you not allowed to practice in those states?

You have to use Resolution 42.

Thanks, do you by any chance know whats the percentage of people who get through? Or is it like a thing which 100% of people get this process done?

Incredibly late reply, but from what I understand most everyone who jumps through the process gets approved.

Not sure if he's still following this thread, but if so then do a search and check out some of the recent threads regarding the Resolution 42 issue in PA. Looks like some changes may be put into place by PA's osteo med board that would make it difficult/impossible to get Res 42 approval.
