so ultram is an opioid, i.e. a synthetic opiate analgesic pain reliever, often prepared with APAP....demerol is also an opioid...the strange thing i found about ultram when checking the web is that it also has some SSRI properties because it acts on different brain receptors than natural opiates, wth is up with that...and more to the point, wth would someone post this thread in a predental forum?.....i guess i have heard that dentists tend to have high rates of both suicide and drug abuse...i wonder why that is?😕
