Hi, I am a student in Rochester, offering a lease take over for 1 bedroom.
Original rent is 575$ but i offer you 100$ off per month, so it's gonna be 475$ per month (excluding utilities). Very convenient, close to University of Rochester , also close to STRONG medical hospital and College town area (groceries, restaurants)
There are 3 other tenants living in this house. All of them are University of Rochester medical students.
