With your numbers, nothing wrong with aiming high. UVA has ~50/50 in-state vs OOS. Since it's next door, try UNC too. Also suggest ALL the schools in PA, and IL, except U-ILL and SIU.

Based on what I've seen on here, I wouldn't apply to Georgetown or GWU since you stats are what they are, and you likely wouldn't matriculate, and they tend to reject overqualified candidates.
