1099 tele ICU jobs - are they available? Are you able to do them from Puerto Rico?

Does anybody know if there are 1099 tele ICU jobs that are readily available? And if so are we able to work them from Puerto Rico?

I have been looking online - practice link, nejm career center, etc but I am having trouble finding jobs that specify 1099 tele ICU jobs that can be done from Puerto rico
