I'm very curious as to how you can predict your GPA when you (most likely) have not taken ochem, the infamous weeder course. This issue, coupled with a nonexistent MCAT score renders your stats completely...useless? We can't make predictions off this! 😛
Typical isn't bad. In fact, most strive to be typical, and only once you become really good at "typical" can be a "stand-out." (i.e. you can't get pubs unless you've involved yourself in the gruntwork of research). My biggest advice for you is to do what you genuinely enjoy and expand upon that activity as much as you can. 🙂 If nothing else, your passion will help you stand out.

You really have to figure that out yourself, if you copied what everyone else is doing then you won't stand out.
My suggestion is to step outside of your comfort zone, through volunteering, jobs, etc. You'll learn a lot about yourself and others by doing this. If you can articulate those experience in a unique way, then you'll stand out.

Just do what you like...
Exercise, play sports, play music, create art, dance, start coding. GET A HOBBY that turns into something more.

Everyone wants to stand out but not many people are willing to put in the effort to do so. If you're serious about wanting to stand out, look at the MDapps of people who have been accepted to great med schools and try to parallel the quality of their EC's. Start your own meaningful research project and get it published and be first author. Start and run a new volunteer organization at your local hospital. Start a school in Honduras. If you really want to stand out, you could pretty easily come up with ideas like these, but most people really don't shoot that high, and most people aren't willing to exert the enormous amounts of effort it requires to pull off stuff like this. The main question is this: Do you really want to stand out badly enough?

One of the greatest things a wealthy family can teach their children is how to work. A real job that sucks. Like grocery carry out, or serving pizza slices or even caddying on the fancy golf course.

Go find an interesting volunteer opportunity. What are you interested in besides medicine? Education? Human rights? Reproductive rights? Public health? Mental illness? ect, ect, ect
There are great volunteer opportunities for every niche. Go find something you would enjoy
