If you can score > 514 on the MCAT, I think you can be successful with only MD schools. There are a number of them that more heavily weight the last 2-3 years of schooling.
I'd be much more concerned with the weak patient volunteering hours, and the almost non-existent non-clinical volunteering. Get off campus and out of your comfort zone. Adcoms want to see demonstrations of your altruism and humanism. Right now you have the app of a good grad school candidate.
