yes applying this year, so when i finish my bachelors next summer, ill hopefully start med school that fall

Dont plan on reapplying and becoming a reapplicant especially with high stats like these.
You have a good shot at your state schools. Apply OOS to high stat schools you would strongly consider turning down for that state school cheap tuition.
