Hey everyone!

I just recently submitted my application to the Johns Hopkins HSI Post Bacc., but after poking around on the forums I see many students that were denied were also considered for just the MS in biotechnology and accepted into that. Is there anyone currently planning to start the MS program this summer or fall? If so does anyone have any information on how competitive to get into just the MS program without the HSI concentration? Thanks!
I am planning to start in the fall but I have no idea about how competitive it is. I applied for the HSI relatively late (i.e. the day it was due following the extension) and got an email suggesting I should apply to the Biotech program. I ignored the email (thinking it was just going to be another rejection) and got another email later on and decided to try. Low and behold, they admitted me just a few days ago.
