I think it's all TMDAS apps in that chart, not just instate. Seriously you'll be fine with a June submission. Earlier is better but if there is a reason you can't for a few weeks, nbd.

You will be fine. Most schools really don't start reading Apps till Mid July anyways (Don't forget Adcoms need breaks too). "Late" in Texas is >August 15th because it takes ~30 days to verify so schools wont see the apps until September. Remember you can submit before LORs and MCAT score, and then once TMDSAS receives those your app it goes to schools. It's been 3 years for me but my App wasn't complete until August 8th because my LOR writers were taking their sweet time.

Remember to pre-write your secondaries for UTSW and any other schools that require them.
