Was looking to apply to SMPS after grad. I will have completed all prereqs by then, with hopefully (so far at least) an upward trend, unfortunately i have 3 classes from my first two years that i didnt get at least a C in. do i need to retake those classes at another 4 year college? or will an SMP (if i do well) make up for my performance in those classes. i just dont want to be screened out by med schools when i apply :(. thank you!

Checking for fulfilling prereqs are not part of the admissions process and you will not be automatically screened out because of below C grades in those courses. However, you should make up those required prereqs in a UG setting as many schools will check for prereq fulfillment post-acceptance
