I had a 3.96 OMSAS GPA first year 3.58 second year, and I'm on pace for a 3.9ish GPA third year.

UofT and Western are the only schools that give me hope b/c of their weighted GPA system, I got a C+ and a B+ in second year that kill my GPA.

I have research experience (NSERC over the summer), I volunteered in ER and pharmacy, I volunteer in a 2 clubs (executive positions) and I'm starting my own club soon.

How does this look? I get so depressed thinking about second year
My undergrad:

Freshman: 3.42
Sophomore: 3.90
Junior: 3.94
Senior: 3.98
Overall: 3.81 (3.82 sGPA)

Relax, you're fine.

This is an American site, posters won't be familiar with Canadian GPAs, schools or know what NSERC is. Try premed101.com

But you should be okay if you get 3.9+ from here on out, and possibly do an extra year if you're still under 3.85 and want to boost your chances. Keep in mind that UofT and Western aren't the only schools that do some kind of adjustment. After 4th year UofO would only count that 3.58 as 1/6th of your wGPA. Check out every school (there aren't that many nation-wide) and see what your GPA would be if you have 2 additional years of 3.9+, then see if another year would make a big difference etc. I believe Mac is the only school in Ontario that uses raw cGPA, but they're also one of the softest on GPA so having a 3.8+ should be no problem (I haven't checked matriculation stats in a little while, you should do that as well).
