Friendly advice would be to use a more descriptive title than Question.
On your question, no, please do not do contact the Admission Office over acceptance yet. I realize that you are nervous about acceptance or rejection, we all are. The ADCOM does inform in a proper time. I usually would not contact them until at least six weeks have elapsed as usually the round closes by that point (but not the cycle).
