I don't know exactly what my plans are, although I am interested in urban health and health disparities research/work and I want to keep my options open. I was decided on Wash U (which was my dream from the beginning) until recently receiving the full tuition offer. Is this an obvious choice?

Wash U
+I want to move to a new location, liked Central West End
+Had a fantastic impression at second look, liked students
+Amazing resources, research opportunities, connections for residency
+True P/F preclinical, recorded lectures
+Barnes-Jewish
-More than $200k in tuition

UMN
+Full tuition scholarship, live more comfortably
+I like Minneapolis
+There are urban health-focused tracks
-Went here for undergrad, want a new experience, do not particularly want to move back
-Less diverse student body?, mostly from MN
-Weather
-More class time?
-I don't know how their grading works because I wasn't planning on coming here (can someone tell me?)

Both schools make it easy to get an MPH.
Essentially, do I follow the money or the dream?
Would appreciate any and all input. Thanks!
