MSAR will tell you what percent of matriculants for a given school have prior military service but there is no data on what percentage of their applicants had that status. If I were to take an educated case, I would say that all other things being equal (MCAT/GPA, etc), those with prior military service probably have a slightly better acceptance rate simply because it's a really strong EC/work activity.
