I just heard a school requires that, but when I checked their website it didn't specify. Maybe my source is confused or it's outdated information.
I also remember reading that the dentist needs to specifically mention the amount of hours in the letter of recommendation; however this shouldn't be the biggest of issues as they can just contact the dentist and confirm the amount of hours that way imo.So Tufts doesn't require the written statement of shadowing hours in a letter of recommendation, but when it comes to the interview, they ask applicants to verify their shadowing experience?
