You could try schools such as Georgetown, Hofstra, Rochester, Cincinnati.

@Goro, @LizzyM: This person seems like they've got fairly strong ECs. The Americorps involvement could be considered clinical, and the research they have has a strong connection to underserved communities. OP may well be golden: somebody's got to be in the bottom 10 percent at top-20 schools; it might be them. They should have as many midtiers as top 20s on their list, though. Good luck!
