Because of this, my spring term grades and the summer class I plan on taking haven't been entered to the system. Being that I am a post-bacc reinventor whose last 60 credits are a 3.9+, I'd really like to enter these grades (As) prior to having my application reviewed.

My question is - do I need to wait until September to send in a transcript update which includes my Spring + Summer grades, or should I just have my current application verified and send in transcripts as they are now? Will schools even go back to review an application after a transcript update?

Ah I see what you mean now. If your current application is not verified do not verify it. Have your Spring grades sent to AACOMAS as soon as possible then submit. 1 summer grade isn’t worth a 3 month delay.

Yes, you'd need to wait until the academic update period opened.

What are your GPAs without the summer class and what would they be with the summer class?
 
Schools that receive thousands of applications will want the complete application they review to be "complete" as they do not often have time to go back and re-review material. You want your file to look great at first glance as that may be your only chance of getting looked at.

I’d wait until July then if it bumps you over 3.0

If you expedite transcript/get it electronically delivered you should be verified Late July. Your 517 will definitely draw attention. I’d use the interveneing time to prewrite secondaries so you can submit completed apps early August.

Your app is pretty similar to mine and I submitted December so you should be fine.
 
I'm in the exact same spot, my summer grade will get me just above thresholds so I'm waiting. Hoping it doesn't count too much against me.
