You definitely already check all of the boxes. Your MCAT will determine how competitive you'll be.

I think you're asking the wrong question, though. To "stand out" you need to find something you're passionate about and maybe spend your gap year doing that.

You can't fake it... those people didn't get involved in whatever made them stand out with the intention of doing so. You have great ECs...focus on MCAT.

Nothing really stands out as needing improvement. Your extracurriculars seem fairly standard from the perspective of T20 schools And the GPA is in line as well. I think what will make you stand out in the sea of 4.0 student’s with very very similar extracurriculars is your dance activity. Overall you’re going strong! I don’t think really there is anything you can do to improve your application. If you get above a 518 on the MCAT then apply wherever the hell you want. If you get above a 514 on the MCAT Then you’re a Shoe in for just about any school outside of the T20. Keep on doing well!

Ace the MCAT, continue to build a relationship with your letter writers, and continue with volunteering, teaching, and research. There's no guarantee to a T20 school, but doing the above will give you the best shot. Good luck
