I mean, he might be. But he is talking about “I’m thinking maybe I’d like to learn about buying any kind of practice, but maybe a derm one even!”
I guess that could be a dermatologist. I initially read it as above, but if I’m feeling charitable I suppose it may be more of an “I want a model of how to approach this for private practice in general, but derm is preferred since I’m a dermatologist” angle.
It just comes off odd. But I’m a natural skeptic.
