I mean best case you match, worst case you retake anyway or intern. I’d hate to miss the chance.
 
In a similar situation as the OP, 193, looking to apply to 4yr. Rank top 10%. what is considered a "safe" number of programs to apply to? I have almost 40 programs added on PASS but I feel it may be overkill
