I personally would take Bio 2 and an upper-level bio course. The D+ and C+ are likely bringing your sGPA down and the more science classes you can take and do well in, the more you can raise it 🙂 Honestly, I'd see what the others say on here but you'd probably be ok to just take an upper-level since you did get a C+ the first time around but I think to play it safe, you should take bio 2
It's hard to say, but some schools will definitely require Bio II + lab. I would definitely take it to be safe, especially if you think you can do well since it will bring up your sGPA.
