These are both brand new programs and thus people likely don't know much about either program. I would go with whichever is cheaper if there is much difference in cost and no obvious other factors that are more important to you.

Most on SDN advise to be prepared for hiccups/frustrations if you attend a brand new DO school.

Both parent campuses are good so like Kirby said, consider what would be cheapest as a factor. Also, consider which is closer to home (if that matters), if one has mandatory attendance, and what was your gut feeling.
