arnt both of these 13CNMR

like COOH-i've heard it's usually 10-12ppm.....then i've heard in the 160-180 range?

then u got aromatic cmpd which i thought was around 7-8 ppm but something else says 115-180ppm

Basics-there is a different between 1H NMR and 13C NMR. Carbon 13 can go up to triple digits depending on the compound. 1H NMR will be between 0-12. Look at the question and see which one they are asking!
