It is difficult to devise a school list for you since some schools may average your MCAT scores. You will need to apply broadly to lower, mid and upper tier schools and see what happens.
Add USC-Keck to that list. Perhaps you could research the schools on Faha’s list and see how they will review your MCAT score. If you can’t find anything on their websites, I’m sure most schools’ adcoms will be open to answering a well-worded email on the topic in order to help you draft a list of 25-30 schools.

Unless you have a massive rising GPA trend, I can't recommend MD. You're fine for DO.
The 3rd MCAT will not remediate a low GPA. In fact, it will highlight the discrepancy.
If you're boning for the MD, work for a few years, save up some money, and then go for a DIY postbac or SMP
