Could someone please clarify the day and time we need to go down to one acceptance? (April 29 11:59 or April 30 11:59). If we have permission from schools to not go down to one, can we keep others? I do not want to end up losing any acceptances by misunderstanding this rule. Thank you!

No one can clarify this. As AMCAS notes, it is school-specific. Every school, therefore, can adhere to their own rules governing if they will withdraw acceptances. If you have it in writing that all your schools will allow you to keep multiple acceptances, then you should be fine. I am sure any school that agrees to that would also have a timeframe for you. Personally, I would make sure the permission came from a dean who understands how it works and not just a member of admissions (sure, they may know more, but do not hold the final say). Ultimately, the risk is on you.

With all due respect, it's time! Make a decision, and get excited for next year. Is there a compelling reason you are holding out?

Please choose one. I understand it's a tough decision but there are so many people out there with no A and a bunch of WL. The more people that abide by these traffic guidelines, the more people on WLs can start planning their lives by getting an answer. I wish you the best over these next 24 hours but I hope you will respect everyone that hasn't been as fortunate as you. I mean no offence by this post, just trying to point out another viewpoint.
