I think it's overall fine, you're not missing anything major. Your MCAT is really going to make or break your application at this point, it seems like you're less than 4 months out so you should be starting to ramp up your preparation, have you started yet or at least put together a schedule?

Yep! Started studying recently and have a schedule

Cool, more clinical experience and volunteering would be great as they don't stand out but they're not weaknesses. I think you should do your best to nail the MCAT. Make sure to use the MCAT subreddit, that was my #1 source for learning about how to prepare (and I ended up with a 522).
