Recently submitted AMCAS and AACOMAS, including all letters of rec. One of my letter writers just informed me that he had forgotten to include the date on the letter, and sent an updated copy of the letter to my interfolio. What would be the best course of action from here?

I'd say contact AACOMAS and tell them you have an updated letter with this being the change. I heard that they are very accommodating on this issue. Have your grades been verified yet? I'm not sure of the exact date but I don't believe AACOMAS has begun sending applications to schools yet. In terms of AMCAS, I am not entirely sure, so best to reach out to them and hope for the best. Same thing with them though, they haven't started sending apps yet.
