Hello SDN,

I hope this is the appropriate forum for this question. Four years ago I took a Human Biology class without the lab component. If I were to take a Human Biology lab at a different college now, would my completion of a Human Biology class + Lab satisfy one of the two Biology class prerequisites for entry into Medical School?

Thank you!
Some medical schools may specifically require General/Introductory Biology and will not accept substitutes. You need to check MSAR and school websites

Hello gonnif. At my CC, general/introductory biology is a one semester class. Should I then prepare to take a second semester of intro biology at a different college?

edit: I should note that I’m a non-trad post-bacc student.
I would suggest that is safest path
