If you showed a good GPA throughout and it will be resolved soon (before matriculation but not before secondaries), is it safe to mention?

Got it, nothing like that, it stemmed from an injury completely unrelated to technical skills and wasn't properly corrected for a while. I had on and off pain in school, so my concern was if it'd raise questions about whether it'd affect my courses. I did have a dip in grades at one point, but ended with a 3.75+
