This looks to me like clinical research. With only 1k hrs basic research, compounded with below average GPA, you'll have a hard time with T30 programs or above. If I were you, I'd add more mid-low tier programs; remember, there are many excellent programs outside the top 30. Your MCAT and number of papers might have a bit more "pull" at these programs.
