I'm entering my junior year soon. If I maintain the same grades I've had for the past two semesters, then I will have around a 3.7 cGPA/3.7 sGPA by the time I apply in May 2021. I am a co-author on one peer-reviewed publication so far, and have about 70 hours of non-clinical volunteering so far (this has not stopped, so I will have probably 100-150 hours by the time I apply). I am about to start scribing and anticipate ~200 hours by the time I apply. My application is so far heavily focused on working with underserved communities and I hope to work in an underserved area in my career.

My MCAT, however, is a 507 (124/127/126/130). I am hoping for MD but don't have any reservations against DO. My C/P score is of special concern for me. Should I retake to maximize my chances? I have no geographic preference in terms of schools.
If you are ok with DO, 507 is fine.

I recommend:
U VM maybe)
Albany
Rush
Drexel (maybe)
NYMC (maybe)
Temple
Tulane
Wayne State
Netter
SLU
EVMS
Seton Hall
Rosy Franklin
Loma Linda (only if you are SDA or a very devout Christian)
Loyola
WVU
MCW
Oakland-B
Uniformed Services University/Hebert (just be aware of the military service commitment)
Your state school(s).

Any DO school. I can't recommend Nova, Wm Carey, BCOM, ICOM and LUCOM, for different reasons. MSUCOM? Read up on Larry Nasser and you decide. LMU has an accreditation warning, which concerns me. CUHS is too new and appears to be too limited in rotations sites. UIW refuses to post their Boards scores, which is fishy.

@gyngyn Thank you for your insight! I got the sense that a 507 should be good for a decent number of DO schools but AACOMAS doesn't have an equivalent to the MSAR (that I know of) so I came on here for advice. I will be applying broadly to DO schools and am hoping I can get some interviews from the schools I am interested in.

@Goro thank you for the MD school list. I will do some further research on those MD schools you mentioned so that I am ready to apply in time for next cycle. I'm still doing lots of research on DO schools, and so far I have Touro-CA and Western on my list since they're in my home state. Touro-NV and ATSU-AZ are out-of-state but relatively close to home and I've heard good things. PCOM is far from home but the program looks excellent. And UNECOM is even farther, but that campus is absolutely gorgeous and the outdoorsman in me would have a blast. Glad that none of them are on your list of DO schools that you can't recommend.
UNECOM favors people from the Northeast. You're better off with PacNW and Western-OR. Don't forget about AZCOM.

Check out ChooseDO Explorer. It's basically a DO version of MSAR. There's also a spreadsheet some folks here at SDN have compiled:
