You could try UMD and UPitt, much better chance than BU or UConn
Would you say it's worth still applying? I would still have to write the supplemental and wouldn't submit until around October 18th :/

To be honest with you its really hard to get a pre December interview applying October 18. You have just applied to dental schools mid September, only a three weeks ago، give it some time and trust the process. One way that u can look at it is that when u get a post December invitation they let u now pretty soon if they want you or not.

Thank you! Would you still recommend that I apply now even if I won't get an interview until Spring?

Your stats are good, I don't know about the rest of your application and the schools u have applied for. But based on what I can see u will get more than one interview. Applying to more is a personal decision, I added to the number of my schools two times and ironically two of the late ones offered me my first interviewes. So based on my personal experience it was a good idea to add more but that doesn't necessarily work for everyone. Also the schools that I applied later they were all expensive private schools (except uconn) so thats also a factor that you should consider because usually its the private schools that fill half of their classes with post December interviewes. Good luck!

Thanks so much, appreciate it!

Hi everyone, long story short, I am a chronic procrastinator. So, in all honesty, is it too late for me to apply to more schools at this point? I wanted to add UConn, UPitt, UMD, BU, etc. (Stats: 21AA, 3.76 GPA) but I will not be able to submit the application until the middle of October. I have already applied to about 7 schools, and even those were pretty late (mid/late September). So, do you still recommend at this point in the cycle that I add more schools? What are the chances of me getting an interview/acceptance? Is there even any possible way to get a pre-December interview at this point? Just don't want to waste my time and money if the chances are slim to none. If you have recommendations for any specific schools to add/remove, I am open to all suggestions. Thanks in advance for all the help!!
"about" 7 schools?
if you are more specific about your stats and the schools you applied to, more people might help
follow the WAMC template...

hopefully you do ok. if not this cycle then apply to those schools asap (june/july) next year

difficult to give advice to you. some people do apply late and get interviews and get in. but it is definitely less likely. don't want you to throw away time/money/effort if you don't need to. 10 schools would have been better than 7 but 7 is definitely still a good number to have applied to. most of the ones you are thinking of applying to would be out of state anyways
