Hi guys, I forgot to click the box to submit my photo on ERAS to all of my programs..until today. 8 days late. How screwed am I? Do I have to let programs know that I just uploaded it--not sure how the whole process works. Is my app not complete without it?

Some people on the residency side have stated on SDN that they can’t see our photos until they offer us an invite. Either way, don’t think it matters in your review so I wouldn’t worry.
