Another possibility is sampling bias, meaning those with a higher number of IIs will be more likely to respond. 0 so far, submitted secondaries in mid-late August.
Last year, submitted in early July:
1 in July (low yield school)
1 in August (T20)
1 in October (low yield school)
1 in February (state school)
Really hoping my lack of success this year so far with pulling II's is just a matter of needing to wait. Submitting late because of being on 4 waitlists was a big mistake especially with the processing delays this year..
