Not to hijack the thread... but do you think it would be worth it to send an update/LOI while awaiting a decision? Or is it too desperate?Wait for May, which is wait list movement time.
Not needed. Patience is a virtue. Not to hijack the thread... but do you think it would be worth it to send an update/LOI while awaiting a decision? Or is it too desperate?
Too desperate and needy. Not to hijack the thread... but do you think it would be worth it to send an update/LOI while awaiting a decision? Or is it too desperate?
Just adding on to this, would it be ok to send an update to schools I'm still waiting to hear back from (pre-II) if I didn't list any future hours on my primary? I've been leading a research team in my gap year (new position) and doing a bit of volunteering. Haven't sent any updates to any schools yet so this would be my first
Wait for May, which is wait list movement time.
Can someone explain the difference between sending it now vs. sending it in May? In both cases it'll be reviewed in May, correct? So what's the advantage in waiting to send it if it'll be attached to your file when being re-reviewed anyway in either case?Wait until waitlist movement in May
No guarantee that anyone will see it stapled to your file now. No reason to. In May, wait list movement begins, and then people start paying attention. Can someone explain the difference between sending it now vs. sending it in May?
