515+, your activities outside of being a SEAL officer by themselves are highly impressive, and being a SEAL Officer takes the cake. Your distance from your GPA is also going to do wonders to help you. I wouldn't apply outside of top 50 schools in your position. Shoot for the stars.

Navy Seal Officer + Varsity Athlete + Good MCAT will get you looks pretty much everywhere. Still, you should apply broadly.

Also, do you have any clinical experience?

You don't need to apply to DO programs if you do your homework properly. I am not sure where you claim state residency, but I'm going to presume that you have talked with USUHS admissions staff. Frankly any school would be lucky to have you, so it's a question of finding a program that best fits what you want and supports you and your interests.
