I have a complete denture patient for whom even the largest teeth looks smaller. I am thinking of making a custom cold cure acrylic teeth from upper canine to canine so that it would fit his inter alar width.

I wanted to ask if it would be good to make a acrylic teeth by myself or not. What consequences might occur?

Don't. they will look awful and discolor very quickly. Just choose the largest available
