U Washington accepts less than 1% of applicants who are not from states in the Northwest. Washington State admitted only 5 non residents last year. You should receive several interviews from the other schools on your list.

Congrats on the huge MCAT improvement. Your activities are excellent, so with the new score you'll get more hits.

I think that's a pretty good list for you other than Washington State, Toledo, and UWash. Also I think SUNY Downstate and Stony Brook are friendlier to OOS compared to Upstate - just confirm this on MSAR. You could also add SLU.
