Air Force is most competitive as there are fewer scholarships and it is seen as the most desirable branch.
The best way to get the Air Force scholarship is apply early as they are granted on a rolling basis. The scholarships are handed out as people apply and will likely be awarded as long as the applicant meets the requirements and there are scholarships available so the Air Force is competitive because they run out of those first. It is in your best interest to start the process early and get an early med school acceptance. If you need anything waived (academic or medical), also best to start that as early as possible.
This all assumes that you actually want to do the scholarship. Make sure you read these forums well and ask lots of questions to ensure it is right for you.
