I believe an upward trend is viewed positively. It is when you go the other way that causes concern.

I was just wondering how DO schools view taking the MCAT multiple times? I took it 4 times to go from 499 -> 505-508. Will any of the schools use my lower scores? Will any of the schools view multiple attempts negatively?

A list of some of the schools I applied to:
- MSUCOM
- UNECOM
- KCUCOM
- Western U COMP
- MWU COM
This will vary with each school. Some take the highest score, others super score or take the highest subsections. Mine averages.

Hello Goro! Would you be able to tell me if this assessment of MCAT scores occurs for secondary screening or for interview screening?
Interviews.

Secondaries are often a tax on the hopelessly naïve, if not pathologically optimistic.
