enjoy your time off. start thinking about your goals for residency. do you have to be in a certain location or can you go anywhere for residency to get the best training? it's not too early to start thinking about clerkship choices.

If you can publish something through some research project do that..otherwise, take a vacation.

Do you mean I should start visiting places I want to do apply to clerkships at?
