Too many unknowns here to really help you much - Is this retail, hospital, or something else? If retail, are you talking to the pharmacy manager or the district manager?

In general, I can't see how this would be a negative interaction with them. Seems positive as long as your questions you have for them aren't basic things that can be answered by reading the job description.
 
Shouldn't this thread say you want to speak to the pharmacy manager about a job opening? You're the one that followed up and told them that you'd like to talk about the position, in which case they agreed... so what's the question?
