Psychiatry tends to be pretty holistic with application reviews, so I think you have a shot as long as the rest of your application is solid. That being said things have gotten more competitive, so nothing is guaranteed. Doing well in a couple of away rotations, applying broadly to a lot of programs (more than the average MD psych applicant), and dual applying to IM or FM will increase your chances of matching. Just as an example, I know someone who failed Step 1 twice and still matched into Psychiatry (small community program), although that was 4 years ago.

there were 4th years at my (DO) school last year who matched psych despite board fails--don't know if any of them remediated classes as well. but you might reach out to the class above you just to see if anyone was in the same situation? I realize that this requires something med students are known for being great at: vulnerability. at the very least, hearing from my upperclassmen about their experiences matching psych made me feel much better about my own humble CV.

I posted something similar on the DO forum a couple days ago and got some good advice.
