I have not read anything related to a subchorionic hematoma affecting NIPT results.

California has transitioned entirely to NIPT for Downs screening and I don't recall them mentioning anything about subchorionic bleeds affecting results.

Regarding increased "adiposity", 60% of the patient population is obese or overweight. I have not seen any invalid results in my obese patients.
