If you have to apply again, you must swallow your pride and apply DO. Your GPA is decent enough that a SMP is not necessary, but I don't see your transcript to be sure.

Apply broadly to all the DO schools I listed and you should receive interviews. You have red flags which are limiting your chances for interviews.
If no DO interviews by October consider adding these to your application:

where did you list the DO schools? Also, can you please discuss said red flags?
I appreciate the advise re: DO schools, however in my original post I did mention advice specifically regarding MD programs. If you have any insight on MD, would be happy to discuss.

In your September 28 2022 post I listed 25 DO schools. You also mentioned that you had 2 DUI charges. Those would be a red flag.
