I have not heard of any issues with Nova MD. Students have reported problems and complaints about Nova's DO program, but that is a separate school.

I would be slightly pickier: any MD with LCME full US accreditation over any DO. Nova SU has the accreditation above, but this caveat excludes CNUCOM / Caribbean schools.
