You could remove UVM and Arizona-Phoenix since they will "yield protect" with your stats. You should receive several interviews from your list.

I would focus mid tiers geographically so it makes more sense and get rid of some brands that are further away. I don't know your mission fit that would help reduce your list more. Suggest removing
UCLA
USF
Arizona
UCSF
Kaiser (but I get the free tuition draw)
