With no clinical volunteering/employment hours with patient contact your chances for MD interviews are low. Your non clinical volunteering hours are very low. You could try your 2 Louisiana MD state public schools but no other MD schools are realistic. You should accumulate another 150+ hours of non clinical volunteering hours in the coming year and 200+ hours of clinical volunteering with patient contact in case you need to reapply next year. Also apply broadly to DO schools and I suggest these:

WCU-COM
NYIT-AR
ARCOM
UIWSOM
CUSOM
KCU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
TUNCOM
AZCOM
WVSOM
LECOM (all schools)
PCOM (all schools)
