Where is your state of residence ? Do you have any non clinical volunteering hours ?
 
What experiences have you had in community service? You list two leadership positions, so without a description, I count them as leadership and not non-clinical volunteering. What community service showing service orientation have you been doing since you graduated?
 
If you do not have a state of residence, what state did you attend undergrad? That is typically one of few ways to have ties to a state. Having relatives there does not typically count.
